Description
Sales is about performance. Succeeding in sales is about the motivation to perform to the bets of your abilities and maintain good wellbeing in doing that. This matters for the salesperson, those that provide leadership and the organisation. Our understanding of motivation is changing and improving. Where once it was all about incentives and rewards, true motivation comes from within. It's what makes the job enjoyable and fulfilling. It's what sets a good lead apart from an indifferent one. It's what the best organisations aspire to. Achieving this might not be easy but it's not difficult either, if you understand how three factors come together: My intrinsic motivation - my Mojo. Leadership, and the glue that underpins it. Mental toughness - the combination of resilience and positivity that helps us to thrive. This session looks at all three.
Key Takeaways
What my inner motivation looks like and how I can optimise it. What good leadership can bring to the party. Why it's so important to understand our level of mental toughness profile, how to go about optimising this key personality trait, and why this is key to your Mojo.
