AI is rapidly reshaping the sales technology landscape, with tools that support research, automate workflows and analyse sales conversations becoming increasingly common. These applications are creating real improvements in efficiency, insight and operational visibility. Alongside this, a newer area is beginning to emerge: the use of AI to help people prepare for the complex conversations that shape commercial outcomes. In this talk, we will explore how AI can support learning and development across the commercial value cycle - from discovery and needs analysis to collaborative solution development and negotiation. Drawing on examples from AI-enabled simulations and other emerging learning tools, the session considers how organisations can use AI to strengthen the behavioural capabilities required for modern B2B sales.
