Key findings include: sales manager development (72%) and seller skills training (52%) top the 2026 purchase priorities; blended programmes are the strongest growth area in learning delivery (58% increasing); AI is moving from experimentation to targeted investment, led by conversational intelligence (56%) and manager coaching insights (48%); measured business impact (62%) is the leading factor in provider selection; win rate improvement (58%) and quota attainment (44%) are the primary success metrics; and budgets remain resilient, with 42% of organisations increasing enablement spend versus 2025.
