Description
Sales, by any standards, is a high-performance world. Like any occupation that has significant level of stressors and pressure, the risk to wellbeing can be significant and burnout can often be an outcome for many. The good news is that, if we understand ourselves better, we can manage this better. If a manager or leader, understanding your people will enable you to support them better too. We will explore what you can do for yourself and what you can do to help others to avoid burnout and nourish my (and others) wellbeing and understand why understanding my Resilience and Positively matters. This session looks at all three.
Key Takeaways
What burnout is, why it's different for everyone and how I can avoid it. What good leadership can bring to the party. Why it's so important to understand our level of mental toughness.
CPD Points
CPD Points: Two (when attending live) or one (watching the recording)
