Chris is completing a doctoral research project and has interviewed over 70 companies to identify the top challenges of selling into public sector. Matt has been leading public sector sales teams for over twenty years and has encountered many of the issues and often found ways to circumvent them. He is currently undertaking a research project with the Cambridge University Business School to investigate and address the barriers faced by businesses in navigating government procurement in the UK. Matt Spencer, Managing Director, Govsell Matt Spencer has been selling into public sector for over twenty years with experience ranging from central government to the wider public sector. Matt is managing director of Govsell a consultancy dedicated to helping small and medium businesses accelerate public sector sales.
