Fearless Selling - developing the mindset to keep control of self, situation and sales. This session looks at the CONTROL element of mental toughness which is about having a can-do attitude and describes to what extent we believe we control and shape what happens to us. CONTROL is an essential part of our sales armoury whether it Is controlling where we are in the sales cycle, controlling the interactions between client and supplier or controlling our own persona when working through key opportunities or with key clients. The session will explore the two factors that contribute to our CONTROL mentality, our Life Control and our Emotional Control. Developing each enables us to maintain a sense of balance and wellbeing as well as contributing to enhanced sales performance. Maintaining CONTROL enables us to work at a higher level for longer and this session will include tips on how to develop both life control and emotional control to build a belief that I can do it as well as well as focusing on managing our own emotions and the emotions of others.
