This session explores how employers can develop an effective wellbeing framework for apprentices, graduates, and staff in their early career. By exploring a case study, Mike looks at how one company has taken steps to look after and develop its colleagues' mental health and well-being. He provides practical advice on the steps you can take to develop individual wellbeing and how you can create the organisational culture needed for people to thrive. He also discusses what success looks like and how to measure it. He aims to de-mystify some of the key topics around mental health and explores how to develop resilience, make stress a friend, and the links between physical wellbeing & mental health.
