He will look at how we can build energy boosts into our day and manage stress so that it helps us perform at our best rather than hold us back. Mike will look at the science behind wellbeing and mindfulness and how we can use this to change how we think and be happier as a result. He will share practical tools we can apply every day to stay well and perform at our best.
