The ISP hosted a live Q&A and walkthrough of its new membership platform, launched in July. Members can register or log in through the ISP website, reset passwords, and manage their profile, notifications, connections, and saved posts.<br /><br />The platform includes a community feed, member directory, and groups for newer professionals, general members, and executives. Members can browse and register for events, review event details and presenters, and add sessions to their calendars.<br /><br />Learning and CPD content is gathered in a catalogue featuring on-demand webinars, resources, podcasts, playbooks, and searchable content filtered by topic, competency, level, or role. Members can review their learning history, download CPD records, complete certifications, and submit self-directed learning for approval. Sales-related external training and apprenticeships may qualify for CPD; generally, one hour of learning earns one point, subject to review.<br /><br />Members noted that migrated CPD records currently appear in bulk rather than as itemized activities. The ISP will investigate restoring individual entries. It will also clarify the purpose of a score field in self-reported learning. Further platform enhancements, including a consolidated CPD dashboard and more tailored content, are planned for phase two.
